Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made for you. Here’s what that means.

At Shamanicca, every item is printed on demand — just for you, the moment you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is mass-produced. Each piece is intentionally created when you call it in.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selections, or change of mind. We ask that you choose with intention.


What We Do Cover

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error — we’ve got you, fully.

We will replace or refund any item that arrives with:

  • Visible print defects or misalignment
  • Damaged or torn product upon arrival
  • Wrong item or wrong size sent by our fulfillment partner

To open a claim, email us at contact@shamanicca.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right, no friction.


Size Exchanges

We don’t offer direct size exchanges because each item is made fresh per order. If you ordered the wrong size, please refer to our Size Chart before placing a new order — it’s detailed and accurate.

What We Don’t Cover

  • Items damaged after delivery through normal wear, washing, or misuse
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing (we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier)

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s initiated.
