Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order? Each item is printed on demand the moment you order. Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Total delivery time is typically:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, major drops).


Do you ship internationally? Yes. Shamanicca ships worldwide through our fulfillment partner Printful. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.


Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We begin production quickly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us at contact@shamanicca.com within 24 hours of your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee modifications.


Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to order? Every product has a dedicated size guide based on actual garment measurements. Visit our Size Chart page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.


Are the colors accurate to what I see on screen? We do our best to represent colors faithfully in product photos. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and the printing process. Print-on-demand colors may vary slightly batch to batch — this is normal and part of the handcrafted nature of the product.


What materials are used? Materials vary by product and are listed on each product page. We work with Printful’s curated catalog, which prioritizes quality blanks from suppliers like Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and others. Check the individual product description for fabric composition.


Are your products ethically made? Yes. All products are fulfilled by Printful, who works with WRAP and Fair Trade certified facilities. Items are printed on demand — meaning no overproduction, no waste sitting in a warehouse. Each piece exists because someone chose it.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.


My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Email us at contact@shamanicca.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

We’ll resolve it promptly.


Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as any payment methods available through our secure Stripe-powered checkout.


Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment processors. We never store your card details — they go directly to Stripe’s encrypted system.
